I was extremely nervous to get a consultation and go through the whole procedure process but Diane Gordon did an AMAZING job explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable. Whenever I had a question, I'd email her and she would reply within one day (let me tell you that I probably had more questions and needed more attention than others due to my active duty status and this was my first time getting a surgery outside of the military). Overall, my experience with Fayetteville Plastic Surgery and Diane was exceptional and remarkable! I'd highly recommend to everyone.
I recently moved to the area and was hesitant to experiment with a new doctor. After living in Honolulu, I was convinced I would not find a doctor that would be so thorough, helpful and attentive here in North Carolina. Dr. Dickerson and his staff are amazing and extremely attentive. I have been really pleased with the care, procedures and explanation that goes along with them. Whilst calling around, his office staff were hands down the most helpful and friendly and ultimately helped make my decision to come in. I would highly recommend his clinic to any newcomers in the area! Also, as a bonus, they do honor a military discount :)
Horrible experience my wife had cosmetic surgery and from one of the hoses was left with a burn mark. The doctor nor staff will return phone calls. 12k for cosmetic surgery to find out this is a negligent business!!!
My experience here was amazing! The entire staff was pleasant, especially Diane Gordon. I was very hesitant about going to another doctor about the procedure I wanted due to a very bad experience I had with a previous consult at another office, but Diane made me feel comfortable and at home and was very easy to talk to about anything. I had my procedure scheduled with Dr. Ortiz for that following Month and couldn't be happier with my results! They have a very warm and welcoming environment and I would recommend them to anyone.
