Nail techs are lazy. Stations 7 said she has been doing nails for years but from the looks of my fill in.....lol that's a lie.
If you absolutely HAVE to go here, don't go to him and be sure to check your total at the end. I wish this review would allow me to post photos of the crappy job he did.
Worst service I've ever experienced. The man in seat #3 kept trying to get me to add services to my visit. I had to deny him about 10 times for "only five dollar more."
During the procedure, he used a Dremel to file my nail bed far too low and it caused my pinky to bleed. Once he did that, he started acting as if I was at fault. Looking at my nail beds today, you can see the terrible job he did before he got to my pinky. He eased up after that and my left side wasn't filed as far down. My fingertips are still sensitive because he was not gentle at all.
This was the absolute WORST nail experience ever! I got a fill in and pedicure and I've never seen my nail look this bad. the man that helped me was extremely rude and left my fingernails lumpy and didn't clean up the polish that was on my skin. after he was finished I looked at my nails and they were so bad i wanted to cry. so I asked to have them redone and they guy had the nastiest attitude and repeatedly cut me with the drill. long story short he didn't want to fix... was mad at me for being upset and had someone else fix my nails. and when she was done she just walked away without saying anything. I have never been treated so bad.
I asked for my nails to be soaked off to avoid damaging my nails. I asked numerous times and the lady kept shaking her head yes, as if she understood. She then popes my nail off, making my nail thinner and not smooth. I expressed that I was upset because of this and was asked to sit with someone else. I asked the next technician for a coffin shape on my nails. He kept telling me square shape is better. Then he said he would do the shape I asked for but if I didn't like it it was not his fault. I told him to stop and that I would go to another shop and asked how much I owe for the services I had been provided. He told me "Nothing, just go"
Unless you want a fungus or infection I suggest going somewhere else. This place is dirty. You can tell this before you even sit down the floor the chairs are covered in dirt. The only reason I went in was because my husband had this planned as a surprise. When they in the middle of doing mine and my husband feet I watch two employees pass tools back and forth between two different customers without cleaning them. They just toss all their tools back in their box. I also find it really weird they use a giant cheese grater on your feet lol.
When it came time to pay, he got up to run my card then came back and tried to rush me out. I just happened to glance at the total and noticed he charged me the extra $5. When I pointed it out, his forced smile slipped then he went to get it fixed.
