This was the worst haircut I have ever received the girl in seat 2 today can't cut hair and should never be allowed to ever cut anyone's hair again she is white and wears glasses avoid her if you go she cut a bald spot out of my hair and can't fail to save her life literally I had to go to another barbershop after this one to correct it. Never again will I step foot into this sport clips.
Today Sports Clips has officially lost my business. I have been a long time customer of over three years, and the efficiency and service has only progressively become worse.
This afternoon I signed in on their computerized system and despite seeing a 9 minute wait, 20 minutes later I realize that I had been skipped over. I have zero tolerance for poor customer service and lacking systems, so I walked out.
I have not been in the military for many years and no longer want a GI trim. I told the girl to trim my hair. I wanted a civilian businessman look just trim it. Well she listened to nothing I said and proceeded to give me the standard issue military cut. By the time I realized what she was doing it was too late. Serves me right for watching the game instead of her. Worst haircut I have ever had. I won’t be back.
Solid haircut, a little shabby on the sides but my fault for not bringing it up before I left. Super friendly service and timely with the new sign in system. I for one am a fan of the electronic system. I was able to sign in while en route and was called within 1-2 minutes of arriving.

So I’m a guy with pretty long hair. I went in today to get a rather decent haircut, but still wanted it long. So I was tellin her what I want, trying to be as specific as possible, even showing her pictures of ideas and what not while she’s puttin the robe thing on me. She puts my hair in a pony tail and says “nah I’m not gonna do that” AND SNIPS IT ALL OFF AND SAYS “well. Too late to go back now.” This is so unprofessional and quite upsetting. Even worse, after I told her I didn’t like, she tried to tell me I was wrong and I didn’t know what I was talking about.
