I am new to N.C. and was desperately searching for a good,place that offered a variety of services for a reasonable price. I finally found it at The Venetian. Very friendly staff, relaxing ambiance, and reasonable prices. I didn't give 5 stars for the flight of steps you have to climb for spa services.
Love that it's an intimate setting. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Ask for James or Belle if you want to have the best massage experience
So let me start off by saying - if I can give 10 stars I would. I've been coming here for over a year now and it's been great. Diana is so respectful and professional. There were plenty of times where she made accommodations to come in early before her shift. Go to her for waxing , facial, and nails! AMAZING!
I absolutely love this place! Even though my husband got the message I was treated so kindly even with a fussy 1 year old. He absolutely loved it !! They offered lunch to us all which was complimentary, so delicious. As soon as you walk in it feels calming I can't wait to go back for me.
I had Bell and she was amazing. I am really going to miss her and this location when I leave. The staff is wonderful and they are always helpful you when you need to reschedule. Even better, if there is an opening for you the same day, they are more than willing to take you in. They've always been pleasant and I never had any issues. Like I said, I'm going to miss this place!
