Today my wife ordered a burger for my 5 year old son while we were at the mall taking pictures with Santa. They never put a patty in his food. We didn’t realize this because he barely touched his burger and we saved it for him to have when we came back home. Once here, we went to heat it up and serve him. He proceeded to tell us that he didn’t have any meat in his burger. Thanks five guys you had one job. What a waste of $12 for fries, drink, and bun. The three cooks were so busy playing around I’m sure they forgot to heat him a patty.
I go to five guys for the fries, as I'm sure most do. I paid 5.00 for a large fry to share and received a medium sized cup, less than half of what all other five guys restaurants serve. This place is over priced and skimpy. Go elsewhere!

Burgers are great. Be prepared you get a little messy. The burgers are cooked fresh, so also be prepared for a little wait, the burgers aren't sitting around in a warming pan. Lots of different toppings for your burgers.
