Went in the other night around 6:30 to order food to go. As I walk in another man begins to walk out and tells me I shouldn't waste my time bc he had been standing there 5 minutes and no one came to the front. He walked out, I stood there for about three minutes and walked around to where I could see the girls laughing, talking and on the phones. Stood there one girl looked at me and walked away out of sight. Waited another minute someone finally walked to the front and asked me what I wanted. Ordered my food, paid, walked out and had to go back in to grab the cookies for my kids meals and another lady who didnt ring me up said they were not complimentary and wanted to charge me, reassured her that the lady who just walked to the back charged me and i let her and the mgr beside her know that if they were that worried about chips and cookies being taken and not paid for then someone should have been up here off their phones guarding their station when the other customer before me walked out because he was out here not being waited on for 5 minutes and I stood here close to the same amount of time before someone finally assisted me. Grabbed my chocolate chips and walked out. Sandwiches were good, owner needs to find new employees.
Over priced. All I wanted was a steak sub, they only have 2 sizes to choose from. Small and very largre. One of the sandwich makers was ignoring me while asking questions, i had to keep asking because she seemed like she was on another planet. I won't be back. The sandwich was good though.
This place is the worst. One TM was on the phone while the other walked to the back I waited for almost 5 minutes. The young lady was very nice. She didn't ask me if I wanted my sandwich Mike's way.
I am used to superior service. I was surprised by the lack of service.
Running errands on my lunch break. Ordered BLT over the phone for pick up. I pick it up and take it back to work, as my lunch break was over. Open the sandwich and there was literally only bacon and an abundance of extra mayo. Mistakes happen right? Right. Well, I call and tell them what happened and was given nothing but attitide and excuses. "He was new" and "our policy states that you tell us what you want on your sandwich". Uhhhhh, I specifically asked for a BLT, so yeah I told you want I wanted on the sandwich. No apology until I mentioned that perhaps an apology would have sufficed. Then I am told that I would need to save the sandwich and bring it back for them to make another one. Or, that if I decide to throw the sandwich away that I would only get a 10% discount. Poor customer service and business professionalism, along with a very nasty tasting bacon and mayo sandowich. Never again. Lastly, I did not appreciate your employee telling me to "listen, baby." It is patronizing and unprofessional.
