Went in here tonight around 7:15 to get food for my pets. They close at 7:00, but they hadn’t locked the doors and still had customers shopping. I asked an employee to help me with finding something and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away from me. Then the manager rudely told me they were closed. If that’s the case, why was the door still unlocked??? Very unprofessional.
Love the animals but the managers are pretty unprofessional. Went for an interview and they continued to lie to me about the store manager then proceeded to hire a friend of mine. Would have been much simpler to just let me know they didn't want me for the job instead of leading me on.
Cashiers are rude and unprofessional. Employees are not helpful. I have patronized this store for 10 years now, and the employees that are being hired are truly subpar. I will be shopping for my pets at Petco and Naturally Unleashed from now on.
