I called on Thursday to make the appointment for Saturday morning, but when speaking with Rachel, it seemed that she was having a bad day because she had poor customer service skills at the time, but I dismissed her attitude and continued making the appointment.
This is the only groomer in town i will take my boy to. They never stack up appointments. There is never more than one pet to groomer. Their prices are comparable for the service your pet recieves. You are not going to get a bargain there but if that is what you are looking for i recomend you try petsmart. As a side note: there is a pretty cool general store next door to have a cup of coffee while waiting on your pet.....because you can't just leave them there all day.
Dropped my dog off for a grooming and Michael did an amazing job, my pup was ready in an hours time compared to the 6 hours it takes at Petsmart and pricing is reasonable. Would definitely recommend and be back
I thought I had finally found the place for my dog to get pampered, but the highly rude receptionist, Rachel, made this trip horrible and my last (unfortunately).
Very clean and the staff was awesome! I took Frankie to use their self wash room and I couldn't have been any more impressed with the entire place. Very reasonable prices on their supplies and services and the homemade treats looked so good! Will definitely be coming here more often.
I arrive at woof gang, was greeted by a nice lady named Nancy and I tell them who I am and what I'm there for. Well the groomer is standing near the cash register and she comes around to speak with me, mind you Rachel is standing there, working on the computer, but I had no idea who she was until she jumped into my conversation with the groomer. When I look at her to see what she's talking about, her neck begins to roll and so do her eyes, no lie, it's like I was looking at an exorcism (ok, I'm exaggerating, but I was very shocked by the way she was addressing me); she's upset that I'm late, although on the phone she said it was fine, but I'm just thinking she has an issue, what I'm not understanding is why she seems to have an issue with me.
Well, Saturday comes and I mix up my appointment time, I thought it was at 11:30, but I forgot it was at 11, so I receive a call from the shop, reminding me of my appointment time (after the appointment time has passed, but I'm not complaining about that). I call Woof Gang back and Rachel answers the phone with a horrible attitude, I assure that I simply forgot and that I was on the way in 10 minutes.
Well, the groomer agrees to keep the appointment and perform the scheduled service, which made me happy. Rachel needs to go in the grooming area or anywhere that is away from the front desk since she doesn't understand customer service the way the rest of the employees do.
Everyone is so nice e & professional. The groomer takes such good care of my Yorkie, & does a wonderful job on his grooming. He has a lot of medical issues & she always cares for him like he is hers
