Very rudeeee service. I was 100% interested in these vacancies and was willing to reccomend Carolina Springs to my family member until I called for more info and got a rude, disturbing man woman telling me she ready to fight. All of my calls are recorded. I will be sending the recording to higher managment. That was ridiculous. I wish I would just post the recording so that it van be heard but unfortunately I can't.I pray that man woman finds out who passed in her Mountain Dew.
Hi I am from Ohio I moved to North Carolina in September of 2015
1st of all we told her that the door on the refrigerator was broken it was not closing right we had to go get one till she can get us one back for that one that was is in September and still no refrigerator
I had someone to come in with us to see if she will take my check in from my bank in Ohio
When I called to get some information on the unit, the receptionist was rude and short. I think that what they are asking for rent they should offer a little more. But overall the park was nice and clean. There were a few lots that were unkept, but the maintenance of the grounds was acceptable.
Not a good place to live. Landlord has a very nasty way about herself.
