On March 28, 2016 I put a security deposit and first months rent as well as $25.00 application fee on a trailer in Sunnyside Mobile Home Park. My total came to $670.00. After waiting for a trailer for a month or so I had to eventually find other living arrangements. I never moved in. I have asked for my money back by phone, in person and by mail and was told at first I would have my money back by 30 days (I do understand I cannot get my application fee back). Today I get a call from Vicki Beacham telling me I will not be receiving any of my money back. I spoke with the owner awhile back and he informed me that Vicki Beacham handles his finances and she is the only one who can give me my money back. Vicki Beacham also told me I will have my money back within 30 days if not less and now she's saying I will not be getting any back.
This lady didn't honor her agreement she took my grandaughter money when trailer was still occupied and then told her it wasn't going to be she offered her two more trailers that were occupied. My grandaughter ask for her deposit and first month's rent back because she needed to find a place to live Vicky Beacham told her it would be 30 days before she could get her money now she is telling her she can't get her money back she will have to take them to Court and it will cost her even more because she will lose.
Owner Joseph Roberson is a crook they dont fix any thing and all the place in the inside are not clean bed bugs the owner is rude and will take your money and will not fix a thing people need to do something bout this moblie park
Hey this place is a nice and safe place to live. It ain"t perfect but its ok with me.
Very nice quite community no violence just friendly people and pet friendly.
