Love shopping here for my girl, always a lot to choose from and the staff is always helpful
I always get great customer service when I shop there.
Was just there today with my SO for their sale. As we approached the register, we were neglected so the cashiers could gossip with the security guard who came in to talk. When the girl cashier finally told the male cashier to help us, we were completely neglected until he asked us to pay. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
The best part about this place is seeing all the husbands, boyfriends, brothers, guy friends, or just any dudes stand outside the store while the girl party they’re with shop because male toxicity is so strong that going into a Victoria’s Secret store takes away all manly-ness. Might as well leave your “man card” at the door because you don’t want to seem gay for being in a store that’s targeted to women only. Victoria’s Secret makes me wish I was a girl because all I get is fruit of the loom and other Walmart sold men clothes.
