The secretary was rude. The copay was triple what most medicare doctors charge. That to me says that he is over charging medicare.
The receptionist was very nasty to me on the phone when telling me that they did not take TRICARE. I was very turned off by her attitude and scheduled an appointment with a different doctor and would have done so even if they DID accept my insurance. BOO ON YOU DR. SHEREFF FOR NOT ACCEPTING TRICARE!!
Parents saw Dr. Shereff, and I've seen him 20 plus years. Office staff has always been very nice and friendly. Never have a long wait. No they don't accept insurance but you are informed about that up front.
