Peachtree properties has been amazing, they started managing my property back in 2005 when I PCS'd from Fort Bragg and I haven't been without a tenant since. Hands down the best, sweetest, kindest company in town.
Peachtree properties is a great company. I don't have any negative experience with them. They are always quick respond with their tenant needs. Repairs were taking care of in a timely manner. Staff are very professional and kind. I would love to be their tenant again when we back to Fayetteville area.
Terrible company to work with and managed by people who are unable to work with their customers. Upon moving into property, the place looked as if it had not been cleaned. Smelled terrible and there was mouse feces in multiple areas. While being a tenant, tried to work with and through the property management to have the property enhanced, example they (owner) pay for materials, I’ll do the labor. But company was not willing to be flexible and work with tenants. Then upon move out inspection, attempted to charge tenant for repairs needed when i had attempted to have them fixed on multiple occasions. Service used to conduct repairs upon move out overcharged drastically which resulted in deposit not being refunded to the amount that reflected repairs required. I would not recommend this company to anybody, and do everything you can to work through another company.
Being military, like most in the area, we live in Missouri but own a house in Hope Mills, NC. Peachtree Properties has exceeded our expectations with our property management. Quick reactions to any issue. Great flow of information and the rate is good also. I wouldn't use any other property management company in the Fort Bragg area.
I had them manage my property when I was a young soldier and was being stationed in Alaska. They put a felon in my house whom never paid rent. At the end of three years my home had well over 10k in damage and was infested with cockroaches. Peach tree took no responsibility. Was a long time ago, they may have started caring since then.
