The providers seem to blow you off when they don't know what is really wrong. If they don't know say so and try to find out.
went for swimmers ear in both ears. Was told that I only had it in one. They prescribed a $300 ear drop. (Cost with awesome insurance) when a $15 drop did the same thing. The wait was kind of long for being only 1 of 3 other people there, and I had to contact my insurance so that they got paid right... instead of them taking care of that on their end.
Express care was great to us. The wait time was reasonable and the staff was very friendly. We would come back again.
They prescribed me knock off penicillin for a really bad case of strep. What is this, the early 1900s? I'm surprised they didn't give me laudanum for the pain, too. Why would you intentionally prescribe medication known to fail in 35% of all cases??? "We're striving for 100%, so let's just do 65%!" Go somewhere else, it will be worth the wait.
Takes to long to help when you're in excruciating pain. Seems like all they do is sit at the desk and talk.
