They care about their patients and I am very lmpressed with their concerns about their patients!
Not satisfied with services, was scheduled for cataract surgery on second eye. I was not notified of having more paper work to fill out and because of this several people was able to go ahead of me. Was told had an appt. At 5:45. This is uncalled for. I am NOT pleased at all with High Smith and Rainey. Very very disappointed.
Bad service from Denise & Myrna first they tried to tell me I had no choice about canceling soo I went ahead with the apointment then they canceled saying they left voicemails & sent text & I didnt answer but I dont have a voicemail nor did I ever recived a txt but its all for the best since they never gave me options!
A doctor at Cape Fear Valley gave up on my uncle and sent him to High Smith Rainey. The staff at High Smith has taken excellent care of my uncle and through our prayers and faith in God we are now looking at rehabilitation centers for him. Thanks to God first and the staff at High Smith Rainey Hospital. God bless all of you!!
The most rude and unprofessional staff i have encountered in the health field. I absolutely dread coming here when my doctor orders labs or x-rays.
