Scheduling doesn't return calls and when they finally do, it's to tell you they'll call back in a few days to schedule you. Still waitng weeks later.
My seven year old was being verbally assaulted and cussed at by a patient there for saying he saw a picture of Trump. I told him not to do this to my child but he continued so I told security. Security allowed the assault on my child to continue and told me not to be childish. This was just today, July 19 2017. I WILL seek to take formal action against the VA. For this!! Children ARE NOT SAFE THERE!!
Much better quality services and support. Wide open spaces and places to sit and wait for medications to be processed.
My service has dramatically improved and accessibility. However, there are some holdovers, employees, who should of not transfered. With the hiring of more staff appointment times have finally started to get better. Keep Up the Good Work!
