I really do not understand how their average star rating is a 3. If I could give this hotel a rating of zero stars, I would. This place is dirty and they have brown recluse spiders in their rooms. My mom got bit and her knee is swollen to the size of a baseball and has infection and pus leaking out of the bite. It is causing her excruciating pain. To top it off, the hotel office workers are hateful, rude, and extremely sexist.
Having worked in restaurants and hotels before, I know that this is NOT an acceptable way to run a place of business. To say that I am disappointed is the biggest understatement. I urge anyone who is considering to rent a room here, to do yourself a favor and find a different option. Just about anywhere else would be better than this place, because I can almost guarantee it does not get worse than the Economy Inn located on Eastern Blvd in Fayetteville, NC.
The sidewalk has more customer service, respect, and personality than the owner and staff. Made reservation for three adults to stay and only had linens for two people. Walked into office to ask for a towel and washcloth for third adult. The kid working the front office, with a horrible attitude, told me that the housekeeper would bring it to my room. Not once did I receive a call or knock on the door. Second day, after paying the rent, I was refused a clean third towel. The housekeeper informed me, quote after saying there was three adults, "I don't care! The rules are two towels per room." High crime area! But rooms are clean. And the staff is friendly and we had no problems.
Barren, drug infested, isolated from nearby restaurants, didn't like the parking lot, let alone the thought of staying there
Terrible place. Rude staff that take your money and talk to you like your the help not a guest. Im so tired of the indian owned hotel families talking to black guests like trash. We pay for u to sit and do nothing. Good customer service isn't that hard try it!
