First, check in was smooth. We checked in about 10pm. We both enjoyed the young lady at check in.
This was not the best Hotel stay I have ever had!
Once we got to our room we found a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. We also found hairs in the bathroom area. I had not been to the room yet therefore the hairs were not mine and my ex-wife does not have a hair on her body due to the fact she has lost all her hair.
There were two of us. My Ex-wife and I. Our son plays football at Methodist University.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and great big clean rooms with full kitchens and regular big fridge!
second day here and still no hot water. i was told by the front desk that if everybody takes a shower at the same time then not everybody will have a hot water. and i thought i was in a hotel! silly me
We barley spoke to the front desk person when left.
I see us coming back to Fayetteville many more times while our son is going to college up here. We are from Florida and our room was room 301. I don't see us coming back to stay with you again.

We found not one utensil in the kitchen at all. The cabinet faces were both dirty and dusty. My Ex-wife went down for coffee at 8:30-9:00while I took a shower. She thought it would be nice to sit by the pool and have her coffee ax nd maybe read a paper. There was not a paper to be found on the property. The front desk gentleman was able to come outside to smoke 2 cigarettes but not unlock the gate so the she could sit by the pool to have her coffee.
