Electronic checkin and key. Go directly to your room without seeing the front desk. Great service, comfortable beds. Happy hour and breakfast are always wonderful at the Embassy Suites. If you have business in Fayetteville, you should look to stay here first. I am usually a Marriott guy, but I will always try to stay at this hotel when traveling to Fayetteville.
This place has the potential to be top notch but they have to not make excuses for their poor performance. Stayed last night and with it being so cold we stayed at a hotel so the kids can swim on Christmas break from school. Hilton apps will tell you if the pool is out of service and this one did not. When we checked in at 1520 there was a sign at the front desk that said pool is out of service until 1800.When I told the front desk that was our main reason for staying she stated that it was only until 1800 and they have to place some sealant on it. We then keep the kids occupied until 1800, all they wanted to do was swim, and at 1800 we go to the pool that is as cold as an ice cube. The heater in the room was not working either and it was cold in the room. This was our main reason for staying in a hotel as for we live locally. The maintenance guy then states that the “pool is warmer than it was yesterday”. When the manager called me today after stating my displeasure, she said that they posted it on the Hilton App but it takes 24 hours. Based off of the maintenance guys comments it’s been down at least 48 hours.The manager then states she called the owner to expedite the heater parts for the pool and that the part has been on order for a while but she can’t control when it gets there. Fast forward to breakfast, they close at 0900 sharp on weekdays and when I say close I mean close. At 0859 hopefully you have your food because lights are going out at 0900 in some areas and they will politely walk around and let you know they are closing at 0900 and present you an opportunity to get things before they put them away. Then we go upstairs to our room and housekeeping is walking up and down the hall knocking at peoples door asking if we are checking out. Check out is at 1200. If I was trying to sleep in, and would have if breakfast hours were greater than 0600-0900, I would have been mad that I got woke up. As for the hotel and the people, it is a beautiful hotel and very nice staff but I feel let down after paying $180 for a night and all of this happening.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. From check-in to checkout they created an environment that flows and makes every part of your stay simple and enjoyable. The rooms are spotless, the attention to detail such as using your room key to power off all the lights by simply pulling it out of a socket is genius. Additional features: The ceiling in my room was 11ft. Rain style shower head, 2 entry bathroom, larger than normal Tv's, the list goes on and on. If I had to post a con the only thing that I can think of is the lighting in the bathroom could be a little dim for a woman. 5 Stars. Highly recommend this location!
I am so glad we chose here for New years day. Everything was terrific ! The rooms were very nice and quiet; the king size bed fit my little girl, toddler and myself. Wonderful Chef, we enjoyed the food as well as the heated Jacuzzi and pool. This Suite is also in a very ideal location. It was very convenient to be literally 3 minutes away from dozens of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We actually ended the night by going right across the street to IMAX Cinema to enjoy a 3D movie.
