I had an emergency with the water heater in my rental home. The tenants had to shut off the water to the house and needed someone out there to fix it ASAP. I called and spoke with Kevin and he was amazing. He was not only quick, but efficient and polite. He quoted us a fair price and the problem was fixed within 3 hours (from the time I contacted 1 800 plumbing to the time he finished the job). I am impressed!

I have used this company once before. Labor was a little costly. Called a second time to make an appointment, the guy said someone would be at my house between 4 and 6. I waited, my phone was on the charger. When I checked it he called at 4:40. I called back at 5:15 he told me that I would have to reschedule because I didn't answer the phone. I explained that the last time I used them they never called nor stated that they would be calling. I then told him that one ever came by my house and that he needed to state that they will not give you service if you don't answer your phone, forget the fact that I've been waiting since 3:45 and needed about 400 dollars worth of work done to 2 bathrooms.I do not recommend using this company they are unprofessional and have sloppy customer service.
