Worst Customer Service ever! The elderly man answering the phone ticked me off so bad I cancelled my appointment for their LATE service. I stayed home all morning between 10 am and 2 pm ( the time the boss man told me his plumbers would come) waiting on his plumbers to show up..who didn't get their until 2: 30) I called at 2:05 to see if they were still coming and got a " Hwell did dey leave a door knocker on ya door? " I said "ummm no" "hwell den dey aint been der yet n dey'll be dere later" Unable to comment on their plumbing skills because it never got that far...I feel sorry for the guys that have to work for this jerk!
This is one of the most unprofessional plumbing companies in Fayetteville. The technician came to my house to check my damage faucet...He removed the handle to find a piece was broken off...He pulls out his phone take pictures and proceeds to tell me that it wasn't covered and that he would have to check to see what my cost would be. So, AHS calls me within 30mins to tell me they don't cover misuse! that the technician said my handle was pulled off and it was like that when he arrived. Lied just that quick!!! Then asked was I the homeowner on his way out the door or did I know when they would be back!!! SMMFH!!! Would not recommend them to anyone.
This contractor has been to my home for three separate issues. Each time they are professional, knowledgeable and timely. I do not understand the previous reviews. Best company I've ever dealt with. HIGHLY recommended.
Wish I could give them a 0. American Home Shield sent him out to my rental home for service and he's denying that I paid him. George was also very rude on the phone when requesting payment and me calling back for a receipt.
So apparently the consensus is if you have AHS then the company treats you horrible. The plumber who can to my home was deceitful he told the person at the home waiting one thing and then got with AHS and told them another so that the insurance wouldn't pay and to have me pay the company. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. It you tell my family the issue is due to manufacture and then that is what you should also tell AHS and a toilet that leaks after 8 years is wear and tear. You tell me 2 different things on the phone and if your unsure then that's what you say, when I diagnose patients I don't tell them one thing and the insurance company another. Horrible company service, I should've read the reviews first. I will get the work done but not with you guys.
