This is the worst company that I have ever talked to. I made an appointment online all for it to get cancelled by someone other than me. I called made an appointment and never heard anything from anyone. When I called I was told that they were and hour out from my home. Still no one showed up or called. When I finally talked to someone about getting my water heater repaired, it was after hours. Then they had the never to tell me that it will $2200 dollars to get a new water heater. Well I was able to get my new water heater today with installation for $850. They are a pure rip off.

Very happy with the service and my technician. Marlon came out and evaluated our needs, informed me of the options and got to work. One method they used did not work, so before using the second method to clear our drain he explained all pricing and got permission to continue with the other option. We use our drain heavily at our business, and he had us up and running in no time.
Paul Britt came to the rescue when no other plumbing service responded to my Christmas Eve emergency. My main sewer line was clogged and my bathrooms began to backup right before my family arrived for the holiday. He came out worked with my warranty company and provided me with the best solution for my problem. Needless to say, he fixed my problem and saved Christmas for me and my family. His customer service was superb and most respectful. Couldn’t have asked for a better professional to assist in a time of need.
They came the next day (offered to come right away but it wasn't an emergency)and fixed the problem (blocked foundation drain) and even gave us Senior discounts I didn't know about. Cost less than the estimate. The guys were also pleasant to work with.
