Excellent service and workmanship. The building looks fantastic and the upgrade to architectural roof covering was a great suggestion. Definitely will use again!
I had a new roof put on my house last summer by Jones Roofing before we purchased the home as a part of the closing conditions to the former owner. At first I thought it was odd that there was so much roofing debris all over our yard from the work they did. You would think they would clean up. Then this last weekend on the 4th of July during a rain storm my BABY'S ROOM had water pouring through the ceiling. I wen't up to the attic to discover many drip spots that had probably been destroying the ceiling for months and finally broke through. What a nightmare! I found the paperwork we had for the work that was done and was relieved find that Jones Roofing claimed a 1 year warranty on their workmanship. I have now tried calling every day since then and can't get them to return my calls. They should really make this right but they don't seem to be bothered. I hoped that this wouldn't be a fly by night roofing company but I guess I was wrong. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from this company!
