I can’t say enough good things about this company. I contacted them after they left a note on my door suggesting I might have storm damage to my roof. After their initial inspection (at no cost to me) they concluded there was damage and THEY contacted my insurance company. The insurance adjuster sent in the claim, and I was approved. Shortly after that we scheduled the job. There men were prompt, courteous, did a first rate job and cleaned up afterward. I would highly recommend them!
Called in due to a leak in my living room. A young lady came to the house and told us we could probably get a full roof replacement paid for by our insurance. She didn’t feel “salesmen” and we followed her recommendation. We did get the replacement paid by our insurance. Master Build did a through job replacing all rotten areas and took pictures to show me what they were doing and how they were fixing it. I appreciated the constant updates and detailed explanations on what they were doing. I feel the work was quality.
I really like this company . They had a small clean up issue but the work was wonderful. Chris was my sales rep and he took care of everything for me. I would recommend them to anyone for home improvement work
Really impressed with these guys. I really didn’t have the time to deal with the roof/leaks/ meeting people at the house running quotes. I called Master Build up they came out while I was at work and handled everything. My insurance paid for everything and beside a couple of phone calls I didn’t have to be there/ micro manage. They got everything done fine.
This company did a roof replacement on my home and did a wonderful job. They were easy to work with and did everything they said they would.
