They have done 2 residential and 2 commercial bldg of about 12000 sq feet apiece one with a difficult flat roof with skylights. Andrew Shirley is excellent to deal with,responsive and reliable. Their quote is always excellent. Workers are honest, courteous, neat and dependable. I would recommend them highly!!!

I chose Treadlite Roofing because of their excellent reviews and their low estimate price. Because of the poor quality roof installed only two years previously I spent a lot of time on the internet studying shingle roofs. I watched these workers closely and I was very happy to see that they did everything according to the book. They followed the manufacturer's specifications installing the shingles. They very carefully aligned the shingles before nailing them right along the manufacturer's marks. During the installation they damaged some of the siding under the upstairs Windows. It was impossible to remove the old flashing , as required by law, without damaging the siding. According to the contract, they are not responsible for siding damaged during the installation of the flashing. However, they did a beautiful job repairing the damage at no extra charge. I highly recommend this roofing company and would use them again if I am ever in the market for a new roof.
I manage commercial property and we have used Treadlite to put new roofing systems on two of our properties. They were very helpful in explaining our options and providing us with detailed quotes. We were looking for longevity and Energy Efficiency.. The roofing systems they have provided us with has accomplished both! They performed the work in a timely matter keeping the work areas clean so that are renters could continue business as usual.
