There are new owners and I've been here for a few months and I have had no problems. Myplace is good and cheap. I love how every home has a yard, a deck and fence. My kids have lots of room to play and there's even a little play ground. The mainence guy, also manages the park, is very nice and he's quick to address any problems you may have. I've only had 1 issue but it was at no fault of the park. It's very quiet and all the neighbors are nice. The only thing that I don't like is the dirt road. It's very bumpy and lot's of holes so when it rains it turns to big muddy puddles. Since it hardly rains, it's not that much of a problem lol
