I will not shop this store again because of very bad customer service. I asked for my size shoe and instead of the sale person bringing my size, I was handed a shoe and an insert. I asked what the insert was for and was told that "Oh we don't have you size so I gave you the next size up and you can try with the insert". When I called the sales person on this, I was told they were trained to do this. I did not shop that day.
When I asked for the manager I was given a song and dance but the manager upheld the sales person. I was never rude to this person but explained that if I had wanted a larger size I would asked for a larger size. I really like the product but can spend my money some place else. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store and I guess they can afford to lose that kind of business. I only give it the one star because I could not post otherwise. Very bad customer service.
I went back one more time and the same sales person was working and completely ignored me. When I asked for service I was told that they would not wait on me because they did not want any confrontations.
