I've had a completely different experience than the other reviews. I've been greeted each time I've came into the store, been helped, and if they offered to order my size that wasn't in stock. While I was in there I had even seen the manager helping kids try on shoes and putting a smile on the little girls face. Maybe I came in on a good day, but it's far from the other reviews I read.
Terrible customer service. They have miscorrect pricing in their shoes and don't honor their own mistakes.
I spoke to the manager who was also very rude

I have to agree with the shoddy customer service. I've been in here several times to check out some shows I wouldn't see elsewhere. I'm never greeted and end up leaving as I'm not going to beg someone to help me.
