I love this store!
The staff us always friendly and helpful. Such a shame I'm in the smallest size they sell now after losing a ton of weight. I love the quality of clothes, while on the higher side of price, they do last a long time!
Went in today and no one greeted me nor asked if I needed any help then I see two different people come in to be greeted and assisted. I didn't see anything I liked anyway.
I have an extreme hourglass figure with a 32 H Bra size but fit most of the Torrid size zero clothing. The only place in town that I have ever found a bra that is a decent fit (not exact since my measurements are an odd size) was Torrid. I go for a sister size and adjust from there.
I'll be calling cooperate and hopefully they will get some better employees but until then be warned the employees here suck.
Employees tried to make me leave because I am not the typical plus size. First I want to make clear that I love this company and would reccomend them but this location has the worst employees I have ever seen.
I love this store, but the staff is rude as hell!!
However the last time I went in looking for new bras I received nasty looks from several employees as soon as I walked in. Then when looking an employee came up to me, literally looked me up and down, made a face and then asked me if I needed help. I replied no and that I was just doing the math for a sister size. She then pressured me into telling her my true size and cut me off as I was explaining that I can only find bras there to snap "well we cant help you".
I continued to look for a style that I liked and she went to talk to another employee and glare at me when she sent the other girl to tell me the same thing.
I ended up finding and buying a bra that fit me despite the employee constantly hovering over me glaring. As she rang me up she smacked her lips and gave me more attitude. All of this with the store manager watching doing nothing.
