First off the outside was pretty dumpy and the parking was terrible. The inside was nice but selection of shoes was small. The cheapest pair was around 150$ for brands I've never heard of. The staff was nice but they were obviously in high school so I feel like I had more experience that the "experts". Downtown Manhattan prices in Fayetteville. I was in there with four other customers and they were all military and when they asked about a military discount they were all given the same scripted line about how "the owner loves the military and previously served so we give a 10% discount of Wednesdays to active duty." That's the definition of bare minimum. Either give a discount or don't but don't only give the smallest discount possible on the least busy day of the week. Much better places to shop like running warehouse where you have free two day shipping, returns, huge selection, and cheaper prices
This rating is based on the helpfulness of numerous employees I spoke too. They also have extremely helpful equipment to figure out your arch (accurately) as well as your running style. Paired with their knowledge, it's a great place to improve on your running.
Best place in Fayetteville to buy running shoes. The owners are awesome and do so much for the community. The variety of shoes is perfect and gives you a better look at what is out there besides the generic brands that everyone uses (I.e. Nike), and the prices are exactly what you would pay for top of line shoes anywhere online or in any other running shoe store in the country. The staff are very knowledgeable about how to fit you for a running shoe and they're very friendly. As a service member stationed here at Fort Bragg, I can honestly say that I appreciate what the store does for myself and other service members that are looking for a good quality experience in such a small town that has a very small running community. The owner, Lou, who is a veteran himself, is awesome and truly does his best to make sure that his customers (active, veterans, and locals) are all properly taken care of.
They go above and beyond with the latest technology and equipment to measure your feet, gait and runner's stride on a treadmill in store. Then picked out shoes that fit my diagnostic profile. Shoes fit and feel perfect for my feet unlike any other shoes
