If you go here STAY AWAY from Cheste, me and my husband told her our budget was nothing over $200. So we came up with an agreement of $167 a month. Which was perfect for a bedroom set and mattress. Later on she said we could get a mattress protector to go with it. Thinking it came with our purchase we accepted. We were told we could walk out with the protector the same day but the other items would arrive weeks later. About a week later we get billed $267 FOR WALKING OUT WITH A MATRESS THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH OUR PURCHASE and ANOTHER bill of $307 for the furniture that was supposed to be $167. We ended up going back to the store to talk to the manager. Which was no help at all. My advice, don’t waste your time and money. Go anywhere else but Ashley furniture

Ashley furniture is a rip off and scam you of your money.

This "friendly lady" sold us a room set, and told me she is giving me a good deal and she will apply another 10% off as military discount. I paid in full and went home to wait for delivery.

DO NOT GO HERE, ALL THEY DO IS LIE TO MAKE SALES

I hardly ever write reviews and we are only out $200, but this is mostly on principle. We purchased furniture from here two years ago. The staff was very friendly, and although I remember the furniture being delivered quite a few weeks later than we were originally promised, we've had no issues with the quality of the furniture or the delivery. However, at the time we purchased our furniture, we were not going to purchase a warranty because we don't have kids or pets and the likelihood of needing services was exceedingly low. The salesmen, Kenny (whose name I have no idea why I remember) and one other man (whose name I do not remember), told us that if we purchased the warranty and did not use it, in two years we would get a refund of the price paid for the warranty.

BLFU: Staff here lies and just wants to grab your money. Be sure to do price match online before you walk in. Also the delivery staffs are bandits that WILL get mad at your face if you do not tip them.

we got lots of help and great prices. they treated us with care and with kindness. they have lots of great options.

If my husband and I had not remembered the original deal the exact same way, I would almost be convinced I was mistaken. I am sure the store knows they can get away with things like this because they don't put anything in writing promising a refund of the warranty. Even though we both know what we were told, and its totally implausible for ANYONE to sign on to the deal we supposedly signed on to (who would pay $200 for the chance of getting a $50 store credit later?), we have no proof. The customer service representative I spoke to was rude and seemed painfully aware of the whole scheme.

Anyways, the first delivery, half of the furniture showed up broken. The crew brought in half and told me to put on the handles myself (which at the store they promise there will be no assembly for me, period!). I did not tip the crew because the delivery was not complete. A few days later, the same crew showed up and immediately they told me if I do not tip them today, they WILL get mad. They brought the pieces in and left a nice scratch on my brand new wall. I tip them regardless, not because of the comment they made but because I used to work in service industry so I understand tips are a big part of the income. However, the fact they threaten me with those comments and scratched my wall during the process, I think Ashely should really look into who they hired for delivering furniture.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. In fact it's non-existent. My order has been delayed 3 times, after waiting almost 2 months for the item. I left a Thanksgiving family gathering early, with family I have not seen in 2 years, to be present for the delivery only for it not to come again. When I call to complain my only options are to pay a 10% fee to cancel, get a gift card to shop at Ashley again (highly unlikely), or keep waiting and wasting my weekends for something that may never come. How are any of those appeasing this situation?? Thank goodness I'm not taking time off work to he present for the delivery or it'd be even worse! And yet if I'm not here to accept and mess up their delivery I'm charged $79....what happens when they mess up? Nothing. Do not ever shop here. Or pray you don't have issues if you do because they will do absolutely nothing to resolve it. They just want to take more of your money. I've never experienced anything like this.

I'm sure they offer this option because they're confident most people won't remember to call back in two years. However, I simply put the date to call back in my calendar and gave them a call. I was told during that call that we had actually purchased a five year warranty and that after the end of five years, instead of being given a cash refund, we would be given a store credit. And to add insult - the store credit would not be the full $200 value we paid for the warranty but would have depreciated over the five year period.

2 days before the delivery I was browsing online and found the set I bought on Ashley's website. It was $300 cheaper on my entire order according to the website. Outraged, I called them right away and demanded a full refund. The manager on duty spoke to me and said they are willing the refund me the difference. I actually liked the set so I took their offer. However this did not change the fact that this "friendly lady" that "help" me was just preying on my wife and I. Why didn't she offer me the price on their website and give me a military discount from there? Instead she added a $300 mark up and told me she was helping me out. Disgusting! Be cautious when you shop at this place, people here will just suck you dry if they have a chance.

I bought some furniture for my room during some "Special Sale Events" that was supposed to honor and thank the troops. I had just bought a new house and was overwhelm with all the shopping and moving. I made a mistake of not checking the prices online before going in or while I was there.
