Janette is an excellent and very patient sales lady. The place is very clean and easy to navigate. Good quality products. Bought a coffee table and plan on getting my couch from there.
The furniture is nice, but overpriced.

Havertys has great products and exceptional satisfaction guarantees and return policies. Alexis is a helpful, kind, and respectful sales person. The delivery people take extra care for your items, they arrive wrapped and well protected. I will definitely go to this furniture store again before all others.
Unit had several imperfections we were willing to live with, except the drawer slide for the filing cabinet was improperly installed and thus broken. It took 3-4 weeks to get a serviceman to our house to inspect and assess, then another 3-4 weeks to wait for a part to be ordered and shipped. On his second visit, it was decided that the wrong part had been sent and so he ordered another one. Several more conversations with very condescending and not-to-be-bothered management later, we finally received an exchange on the unit.

Product issues are not resolved quickly; expect to contact them half of a dozen times before they take action.
Lower-level employees obviously aren't treated well by the company (based on how unpleasant they are with customers).
Priced WAY too high for man made wood. All but 2 tables were held together by the same crappy bolts that hold my current crappy table and chairs together. The bolts all become loose quite regularly. My 2 year old son has unscrewed the bolts to our table before. They use the exact same wood and bolt scam that my table and chairs have. I even showed one of the sales chicks that one of her display models was missing one of those crappy bolts and that another bolt was loose. Looked online and found the same models for $1000+ cheaper too.
Bought a nice office suite. Attractive set, and a price as you can expect from a store like this. Initial delivery was about 8 hours late... so much for getting what you pay for. Delivery guys were not happy with their jobs, let's say. Never even got an apology for completely missing the delivery window.
