Mr. Larry Lee spent a great deal of time explaining to me every facet of owning a grandfather clock. I called back and Mr. Lee gave me a price I simply could not refuse. His technicians spent a great deal of time touching up the finish on the clock and armor plating it for me to transport 200 miles home. Mr. Lee asked me to call him once I got home and let him know how everything went - and I did. He was genuinely concerned that I got the clock set up and running. This furniture store is great for those one of a kind high end peices you cant find in any other local furniture store. The staff and customer service reps are top notch but will hound you at ever turn. The are extremely helpful, almost to a fault. But before you leave, every question will be answered.
