Amanda and Collin are awesome and definitely half my decision of why I Jose to be a member here. Went in for a drop in class and left as a very happy 'Crossfitter' with a great membership. Reasonable prices, great attitude, great resources. Im not the most qualified when it comes to crossfit but they made me feel like if I want to do it- I'll make it happen and they'll do whatever they can to help me get there!
I have been going to Crossfit Guild for over two years now. In that time I have improved my strength and flexibility through Yoga, Strength/conditioning, and regular Crossfit. The coaches are some of the best I've met in my 5 years of Crossfitting. Crossfit Guild is my home away from homes and the coaches and other members are family. If you're looking to start are you're a seasoned Crossfitter, CG is the place for you. Classes usually last 1 hour with an option of some open gym times.
This is a great place for beginners and the advanced. Crossfit Guild is filled with great coaches that that the time to improve your movements and make you stronger. Works outs from warm up to cool down are typically an hour and a half.
