Dropped-in for a lunchtime class. In town from LA visiting family. This box is spacious, clean, and overall awesome! I haven't been doing CrossFit for very long, so I still need knowledgeable guidance at times. Ernest was a great coach! Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely be back!

Excellent ownership and facility. Very accommodating, I dropped in from out of town and the owner took the time to coach every min of my entire hour long workout like I was a long time member. Highly recommend!
