Hands down the best gym experience. I love the unlimited classes and the fact each locker room has it's own hot tub, steam room, and sauna. Cannot forget about the pool and the included childcare. Well worth it.
The Spa is exceptional. I gave it 4 stars vs 5 only because of a little scheduling ordeal I received however I highly recommend the Spa!
Okay so, the environment is nice. The mixed nuts and lemon water are nice... but I'm not sure when the time actually starts for a massage. The first time I came I felt it was shorter than what I paid for. The second time. I recorded on a stopwatch on my phone when I went into the room. Afterwards, my time was short by 22 minutes. I'm not a mean person and I'm terrible at conversations and am socially awkward, so I left. To me it feels like my 90 minute massage started as soon as I put a robe on. I waited roughly 20 minutes until I got my rub down. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My first time going here. I was in love. Everyone was incredibly friendly. Mary Beth cut and colored my hair and did an AMAZING job. I WILL be back again!!! So lush and peaceful.
If I could give these guys "0" stars I would. DO NOT SIGN their contract, it's overpriced and hard to get out of. Everything is done digitally included a trainer too. Come to find out after I read my contract I couldn't get out of it unless I have orders since I'm military that I'm leaving the area or live 25 miles out. The trainer too was for 12 months, I specifically said I only needed for 3 months. They knew but processed everything and not letting me know that important detail. The whole time the contract was on their computer screen while they brief me and told me to sign digitally. After I started questioning about the contract since I was going TDY they didn't respond to my email I had to call the corporate office to get answers. Had to pay $447.00 to get out of the contract for the trainer. I wouldn't go with a contract again and not trust them until I have the full details and a hard copy of the contract in front of me before signing.
