In and out respect your time. Doctors are great really get to know you and answer all your questions. Worked with me on cost as well.
Quite bad contact with patients. I have had three different appointments canceled on their end, and I have been trying to contact them for three weeks to make another. They took 2 1/2 weeks to let me know that my in home sleep study was unsuccessful, that the data was corrupt. I have had my CPAP for over three months, and I have not been back for my follow up, due to the canceled appointments.
Wish I could rate 0, they never answer the damn referral line even when you leave a message they don't call you back
I received a letter from tri care referring me to this facility for a sleep study. I called and left my information like the answering the machine instruction, and wait for a reply within 48 hours. Three days later,72 hours, I called back due to not getting anything, there were no answer and sent me to the answering machine again, and I left a message with my information again. Another three days went by, I still get nothing. So I called again and the front desks picked up and I explained my situation and the front desks sent me back to the referral section, and that went to the answering machine again. 10 days later I received a call while my was in a meeting. And a lady said to call her back to set up an appointment. Of course I called back 5 times within 4 hours, spaced out. Nothing but answer machine. Two week gone by and nothing. All I can say is sighhhhh.... now I need to call tri care for a referral some where else.
I have never had such poor customer service... I cannot get ahold of anyone in the office. I have been calling everyday 5 times a day on the hour and cannot get a response. I have left messages they never respond. This company will unfortunately stay around due to their military contract... If you are a civilian stay away from Cape Fear Valley Sleep Center at all COSTS!!
