I have been very impressed with how they have worked with my daughters knee injury. She's 10 and a serious ballerina so it has set her back for months. They have incorporated many ballet moves into her therapy to help her heal and see where she is which I've not seen anywhere else in my life experience. I'm sure they exist If return again if she needed it.
First of to Dr. Chris Barnes and his Asst. Janie they are absolutely wonderful! This is now the second time I'm seeing Dr. Barnes. You could not ask for a better surgeon and Janie has ALWAYS been very courteous and responsive to my needs.
Dr.Barnes and entire staff are consummate professionals. Dr. Barnes is an excellent surgeon in treatment and follow up. A man of few words, and that I am sure attributes to being seen on time, everytime I have an appointment.
After they get paid, they stop caring. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I am still waiting on a brace that was ordered over 4 months ago.
However, Dr. Berrie is the worst hand surgeon I have ever seen. Two years ago she preformed trigger finger release on my left hand. It turned out to be a botched job. The pain remains with deep burning running up and down my finger and my hand with a large knot in the center. Inside the knot ocassionally comes up infection. I have spoken to several people which names, dates and times are recorded. She the Dr apparently refuses to correct her error or perhaps doesn't know how.
I wish I could give them a rating of a -1.
I did REALLY like McBrayer ...and the way he treated me and spoke to me .... But getting his staff (Shelly) to do her job properly has REALLY got me thinking of going elsewhere .... She does NOT return calls ..left 1 message ...waited 1 week...left another ...waited a well...then only able to speak to her once I called and had to be rude, then to be told by her that she sees 50-70 ppl a day and she can't keep dealing with the same issue ... She NEVER dealt with the issue to start with , now getting the run around with ins issues necause she can't do her job and send proper info to the ins company to start with , will be making a call to her today , and is not taken care of....time to find another Dr . Sorry Dr. McBrayer, I do like you and your bedside ,but I can't handle the staff there ! UPDATE ....12/4/17 because I made this review , Dr Mcbrayer refuses to see me....due to "misconduct" REALLY .... The only misconduct is being treated like THIS ! He was fast to inform me at last visit he felt I was lieing about being ignored cause Shelley claimed I left voice mail on another persons service so she never got the message....guess what, the prompts are NOT hard to follow , PRESS 3 .... GUESS WHAT YALL ...... STAY AWAY !!! Caue one thing is for sure....you WILL BE WRONG if you complain ANY about his staff!!!!! Guess what , I have NOTHING to lose , there ARE other dr out there ...Shelley is the one telling lies , and has anything to lose by the TRUTH here .....GET REAL PPL. Wow !!! I even let it go when the dr was UGLY and told me he has to work with her every day so he will choose to believe her over me.... Then to have a painful MRI with contrast , yes, that's the one when they go directly into the joint , done ...on Thur 10/30/17 last Thursday , just to call on Monday to be refused treatment.... DO YOUR HOME WORK..... There are PLENTY of more qualified Dr in surrounding areas !!!! Wish I had, lesson learned ! But I do find it funny, over 1 mths time , Shelley COULD NOT , not once ans a phone call NOR return calls , but after I complained about it, she was able to ans the phone twice today, with LIES about how the system was "down" ....lol.... I promise , her ans a phone WON'T last long ,it will be right back to no ans no call backs ....dont waste your time .... I will be filing formal complaints EVERYWHERE I can !!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE from ANY practice!!!
Fayetteville Orthopedics is the worst orthopedic facility I ever been too (I've had several surgeries in different locations). Dr Anderston and his staff, especially SUSANNE HARR is very worthless. She does not return emails nor calls. I even drove to the office and the receptionist left a note on her desk and she still did not call back! It very difficult to make appointments.
