The cleaning staff (woman) was phenomenally kind and helpful! She went over and above to make our group comfortable. The security man was also very helpful when people kept coming to one of our rooms in search of drugs. If you want a smoking room guaranteed, book directly with the hotel instead of through online sites. The place is in dire need of a major renovation. The maintenance man was very responsive when repairs were needed in the handicap room. Only one of our four rooms had roaches, so a room switch resolved that problem. Wi-Fi was spotty and slow. TV was fine. Each room had fridge and microwave.
Very very very bad hotel. Was unsanitary , rooms were dated , sheets and pillows had stains on them & it smells very bad.
This is by far the WORST hotel that I have ever been in. From the bathroom to the bed. The entire room period was just nasty I asked for another room the second room smelled better but it was just as dirty I tried to get my money back but could not and I even considered just going back home but I have 3 kids one being a 4month old. I will never come back to this hotel or recommend to anyone this was a complete waste of 50$ HAD TO COME BACK AND EDIT DUE TO THE FACT OF GOING TO THE REST ROOM I TURNED ON THE LIGHT AND SEEN BABY ROACHES
Terrible place to stay. Lots of damage to doors, locks don't work without slamming door, deadbolt doesn't work. Chain is only safety. No hot water. Ants in room. Lots of arguments all through night. Total nightmare. Would actually give it No Stars!!!!
Beds are super comfy. Prince is great for the quality of room. Only problem was that they wouldn't bring new towel to our room even when we called the office. They would make us walk all the way to the office even though it was like 37 degrees outside to get towels to take a shower and you needed like 2 or 3 per person. Because the towels where so small.
