If I could give a half star I would. The hotel was dirty, severely lacking in upkeep and had strange men lurking in the hallway outside the guest room a few doors down from mine. The air conditioning did not work effectively, there was a bug crawling on the night stand and the walls has strange unidentifiable stains that shocking resembled various bodily fluids. It was so bad that I asked for another room assignment but was disappointed to discover that the change in room did not result in a change in cleanliness or upkeep. On a positive note, the new room was absent strange men loitering in the hall. I politely expressed my disappointment to the front desk clerk, who surprising admitted to having never visited any of the guest rooms. I stated that I would unfortunately be unable to stay at this hotel due to the inconsistency between website photos and the actual physical location. The General Manager was very gracious the next day and agreed to refund me the cost of the room because I did not stay, but only after lecturing me that they would never normally refund the room because I did not cancel with sufficient notice. I thanked her for the refund and decided to post pictures I took while I was there to warn off other unsuspecting travelers least she choose not to refund your money because you object to strange smells, people and stains lurking about your room.
Beautiful, very large room. Clean, much better than expected for the price. Employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. When we drove in and saw several "construction members" being checked in, I thought 'this is a mistake'. Boy was I wrong. It was quite, no problems, just a wonderful stay.
Extremely bad bed bugs , WiFi doesn’t work and they charged me 10$ for one of my hand towels having making up on it . Like are you serious? Makeup on a towel smh Definitely don’t come here ! Total rip off ..
Not a bad place to say for the money. I have stayed here twice this year and both times have experienced a clean safe environment with, if not overly friendly, professional staff. The second stay had me in the exact same room as the first and I must say, it was not as clean as the first stay but, acceptable. I do miss this particular location having smoking rooms.
Rooms were big. Furniture was a little old and could use changing. The lobby had chairs that needed replacing. It's not a 5 Star hotel for what you pay for a room it's ok The room was clean staff was pleasant. Would recommend this hotel
