This is the cheapest weekly rate motel in Fayetteville. No thrills, but if your like I was, transitioning from one place to another, then it will do. Staff is great, Ms. Tammy, is the Front Desk lady during the day and she tells it how it is. Older property but better than the Regency Inn and for 80$ cheaper a week.
Stayed there for a few months. Its not the greatest place to live but the owner is cool.
It's good. Safe as the area can be. Close to a lot of stores.
This place deserves -5 Stars... It's disgusting and crime-ridden... If you're a decent human being don't even go near this place... If you're not a drug addict or child molester or some other kind of deviant stay as far away from this place as you can.
