If you want SLEEP you might want to think about the extended stay down the road. It's cheaper here, it looks and functions like the extended stay but the walls are PAPER THIN! You hear everything. From the person in the next room talking on the phone at 2am, to the heavy footed beast stomping above your head. Then at 9:15am the hotel front desk clerk knocked on my door and asked what time was I checking out! Smh I thought check out was at 11am? And I checked in at 11:00pm last night. People moving furniture omg the list goes on... I am outta here.. Never again!
Had a reservation in place for a week, got there and had to wait 20 minutes for woman to come down from upstairs to see us. She said they did not have a reservation for us, though reservations rep told us we could have a late check in. Called on their own house-phone and talked to reservation and they said that we did- didn't matter, she said she had no rooms anyways! Had to go out at past 11pm at night to hunt for a motel with rooms available. But the place resembled a half-way house as we watched while waiting many shady people sneaking in the back entrance by other shady people staying there holding the security doors open for them to get in. WON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN!
Pretty good! Corporate is very responsive to guest needs. Tv package sucks! You dont get all your local channels and not enough other channels for what you are paying.
You should be able to get toilet paper and towels for free anytime and not have to pay 15 weekly for it. We should also have a pool with the amount of money I pay weekly. Not to mention their should be a breakfast.
Stayed at this location for a little over two weeks and this location is the best! The staff is friendly, has great management, rooms are clean, fast to accommodate guests, great location, always smells fresh, and for the most part, guests are courteous of other guests.
