DO NOT use this plumbing company. Customer service is horrible and work is not performed in a timely manner. DO NOT be fooled by the two five star ratings which lack detail and are a year or more old. Having NO three star ratings is a red flag. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. It seems they do not care about repeat customers because they are overwhelmed with the customers they get from the warranty companies. The technician showed up 30 mins early for our initial 12-2pm appointment with no phone call and left upon being told we were driving from work and would be there by 11:45. Again, he left. The next appointment to actually replace our water heater was scheduled for 10am but the technician showed up at 1pm with no phone call or concern for being late. I guess that was to teach us a lesson. The technician was not professional or even friendly. It felt as if it was a burden for him to replace our water heater. I would never be so cruel as to recommend this company to anyone. I found another company for other plumbing jobs and they are very professional, friendly and repaired my sink and garbage disposal the same day. Again, DO NOT HIRE Courtney Baker. We only used this company because this is who our warranty company assigned. This company obviously has too much business to care about customer service or professionalism. Walk away...save yourself and your money.
