Company allows employees to display a rebel flag on the front of their company car. I had a plumbing issue and started to look around to different company's I came across Vance Johnson pluming company. I was going to hire them. Until I passed one of their company cars and seen that they allowed their employees to display white supremacy. Truck #58 so no THANK YOU

The gentleman who came out was very kind and was even nice to my dogs barking at him annoyingly. It's January and cold and with a new baby cold showers are no fun. So once again Thank you Vance Johnson Plumbing.
This company is ridiculous. You would be better off fixing the problem yourself then calling Vance Johnson. For one, their contractors are both unprofessional and completely disrespectful (especially when you have an emergency and call on the weekend.) After the plumber, begrudgingly, showed up to take a look at my issue- he was completely disrespectful to me in my home. Their customer service is at an all time low, and I don't know about you, but if I have to pay for a plumber to come out, I, at the least, expect to be treated with respect and great customer service. A customer should feel like they are not being taken for their money, and Vance Johnson should be one of those companies showcased on the investigative news reports. There are a hundred other plumbing companies to use in the area, please save yourself the time and money and choose another plumber to work with.
