I had a overall good experience, One dog I took off the plan and the 2nd still has a year. The only reason I am not giving a 4 star and took my dog off the program was because if your dog needs refills and your dr is not in they are so worried about sending in a refill (even if the dog has been on it for a year)

I've been using the vets at Banfield for about 6 months now. They get the job done. 4 stars bc they take care of her needs, but I couldn't give 5 due to the lack of compassion they seem to possess. I've heard them fuss with my lab for being too excited behind closed doors, and comparing other vet offices I've used in the past, they aren't very personal with her. But... They do their job, and I suppose that's the most important thing.
Not an office concerned with patient care once so ever. Front desk staff very rude. They're main concern is selling their "wellness packages" and will do and say almost anything to achieve doing so. Unfortunately this does mean attempts at misleading the owner about their pet as well as giving misinformation. Not a family oriented office once so ever as well. All around would not recommend to anybody for any reason.
I give them a hard time every time I go and they are always nice to my dog!! Good bunch of people and they care about what they do. I am on the plan with my dog Samson and my Dad dog Tucker, the techs are very sweet with the dogs and the vets are very patient with me!! LOL I would recommend this place for your pets needs.
