We have withdrawn from their clinic for all our 7 pets and will never return. Typical of their staff, no one even asked why we were leaving or acted like they even cared. This is indicative of their total disregard for customer satisfaction and reliance on the heavy volume, evident by their ridiculous wait times and chaotic atmosphere. Perhaps others will read this and also remove their pets from the clinic- maybe then it will have some impact.
After the injuries, we received a call and the only recommendation was that we may "want to find an alternative option for kenneling our dog- somewhere that can pay more attention to him and give him some exercise"--- the implication being that they do NOT "pay attention" or "provide exercise" to the animals in their care.
continue to stay with them, and have recommended them to many friends!
While in their care, one of our dogs suffered multiple injuries on two successive days. These included lacerations to both legs, left eye and large abrasion to forehead. I understand that things happen, and could have tolerated that. However, to add insult to injury, we were charged for the doctors to examine them after these injuries, for the medication they had to administer and a fee to administer the medication. This is inexcusable. If we had brought our dog in with those same injuries had they sustained them at home in a kennel, we would have been accused of maltreatment, but not once did anyone from the clinic even apologize or relay any regret whatsoever for the injuries.
Our 7 year old pit who is very accident prone was hit by a car Friday night we rushed him here for the emergency visit and were greeted by Dr barkman who took very good care of him. Showed us his xrays and told us exactly what he was going to do to get his hip back in place. Unfortunately his hip came back out and we had to take him back to get him set up for surgery. Dr barkman was just as devastated as we were that his hip became dislocated again. He told us exactly what he was going to do when he did surgery on him and told us how long the recovery process would be. He also gave us the percentage of it working vs it not working. They always take very good care of our children. Camille at the front knows our dogs and they love her and it makes them a little more comfortable seeing her. They care about our babies as much as we do.
A very friendly and knowledgeable staff with very good prices for all levels of pet care. Very satisfied with the services we receive. Be sure to get your dog a bath and he comes home with soft fur and smells great.
We have tolerated that for years based on our satisfaction with the providers, but recent events completely reversed that. We trusted our dogs to their care for kenneling.
Extreme dissatisfaction with the staff and services of this facility. While the providers are great, the front desk staff does them a tremendous disservice.
Staff and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also a veterinarian is on call 24 hrs. Just call the main number and you will be given the cell # to call and they will meet you at the office. Only vet in the area that offers this. WONDERFUL!!!
