At drop off, the front desk clerks were very polite and professional and had a great attitude.
We typically use Hope Mills. We took our 4 month old baby kitten to Cross Creek per our adoption agreement. They let a 3 pound kitten wait 15 hours for food and water before her spay. I took her in at 8am and they didn't even bother with her until 3pm. Not only do I not recommend Cross Creek Animal Hospital, I will never go there again. For anything. Service is extremely great at Hope Mills. If you value your pet and don't want them to suffer, find another place. We've rescued animals from Japan and all across America. This place is poor form.
Edit: I understand that fasting is necessary. However, dropping a kitten off at 8am and her not even being touched until nearly 3pm is unprofessional. Overscheduling on your part should not have repercussions on other clients. She was fasting since midnight the night prior. 8 hours is plenty for a spay. Furthermore, the stitching was a rushed hack job. Extremely glad I followed up with our regular vet.
I couldn't of asked for a better experience! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. They took great care of my pup from the moment I walked in. I felt like I got the best care for a surprising reasonable cost! Added bonus, they have grooming and daycare for the pets. One stop shop I highly recommend.
We brought our dog in two months ago when she was sick for 3 days. The vet and vet tech were wonderful and found out that she had diabetes. After prescribing twice daily shots, something we had never done, the office staff never checked on us until I called and complained about not hearing from them.They asked for a 2nd chance and checked 3x in that one day. Then not a word. They recommended we leave her for an all day glucose test, at which time they would test her sugar levels, feed her, test her, feed her..etc..After leaving her there, they only fed her once in the early morning and not again for the next 10 hours!!! NOT OK!! After waiting a month for the results, I went there personally this week to get a copy and not only were her levels in the 400's and 500's!!! But for a month they did not see the need to ket me know that, check on how she was doing on the insulin or to schedule her yearly shots which are now overdue as well as another glucose test is due. WORST FOLLOW UP EVER! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are just another number there..
My cat had a procedure done here and they did a fantastic job.
I will definitely continue to take my kitty to Cross Creek while I am stationed here.
The doctor and vet tech called me and kept me updated on my baby’s progress from start to finish, which was wonderful and kept this fur momma from worrying.
Cross Creek was amazing.
I have 3 dogs and 2 cats so I have spent a lot of trips to the vet. The front desk are wonderful,warm and friendly very helpful. The vets are very knowledgeable and take the time to answer concerns. The vet techs are very kind and patient. I highly recommend this place!!!
