I rented and delivered a truck and car dolly here and couldn't ask for better service. Everyone was accommodating. I had a great experience with budget as opposed to the other large rental companies
Quick, simple & easy ... reserve online and expect the best prices in town! However, I suggest just dropping in and saying "Hi" to the owner...he will take care of your moving needs! PS...you won't be bombarded with expensive extras, but do check out their protection plans!
They gave me an unreliable truck, which broke down on me twice in 3 hours. So far I have been waiting for 20 hours to receive road side assistance and another truck. I called the company over 15 times and each time they tell me the truck will be there in 20 min, 1 hour, 3 hours, and all these random numbers. By far been waiting for 20 hours. The people in this location were nice but the truck was broken and the company is unreliable with poor management and service.
If I could give zero stars I would... This place is ridiculous. I made a reservation for a truck and trailer, to haul my car with, a week in advance. I went the extra step and called to confirm my reservation the day prior to pickup. At that time I was told that there were no issues and everything was good. The next day I show up and I'm told that they don't have a trailer for me. The guy just shrugs his shoulders very matter-of-fact like as if 'oh well'... I asked what happened, pointing out the fact that I confirmed my reservation 24hrs ago and was told all was good. He simply said he didn't know anything about that. About 30mins later, while I was making alternate arrangements, he finally said that he could get me a trailer sometime the following day. This was at 10:30am and he was unable and unwilling to resolve the situation even though he had the rest of the day to do so. Horrible.
This was the worst...I paid cash for oneway rental truck and ask Dealer if my deposit would be returned by cash.I was told yes but then once I got to GA dealsr was told no Budget dealer does cash in tbis area. I got run around from dealer and customer service. They then told me 14-21 days for a check to be issued...WHAT!!! Never never again..Not one said sorry genuinely and meant it.
