I am out of town paying for and not receiving all of the e-edition.
For the past two months I have not received a paper over 10 times! The paper has been delivered past 9am over 10 times as well. I called the customer service department several times only to be told over and over again that they have a substitute carrier and that is there excuse! Unacceptable! The paper is useless to me after returning to work after 5pm....If you are new to the Fayetteville area, I would recommend you seriously reconsider paying for delivery of the Fayetteville Observer,,,,Late news is Old news!!!!
On Easter Sunday the E-edition does not have the first five pages, no B section, no obits and no sports page. The new owners have really screwed up our paper. They seem to leave out pages every week. Advertisers will soon get tired of their adds not getting circulated.

Fayetteville observer you should be ashamed! quality control of who you have representing you should be a must...
