I love my driver Antonio! He is always on time and I've never had any problems with him showing up on time. Ask for Antonio if you can.

No matter how much of a regular customer you are, they don't care about you or getting you to work on time. They always claim to be short on drivers,the worst part is i reserve cabs a day in advance every time,sometimes 2 days.
NEVER AGAIN! Called at 488-5555 at 8:53pm to request a ride. Dispatcher never offered a estimate of pick up time so I asked her how long I should expect to wait. She said they would pick me up in about 30 minutes. I waited 1hr and 34min, hey never showed. Finally called them back at 10:27pm and dispatcher said they are still trying to get someone out to pick me up. I told her to cancel and informed her I will use Uber next time.

If it was at all possible to give this taxi cab service a negative 10 million I would. I had to get a ride with a friend to go get home. My mother had been in a car accident so she couldn't pick me up and the person watching my daughter needed to leave at 2:30. I called to get a taxi at 2pm and was told by the extremely rude woman on the phone that she didnt know when a care would be coming to get me. I got a ride with a friend got home just in time and received a call at 2:40 from the same very rude woman telling me my cab was at my job. I explained that I had to get home and she proceeded to raise her voice at me telling me" well now I understand why your number is under that do not call list". I called back and explained that I had a child to get home to that my mother had been in a car crash and after a certain time there would have been no one to watch my baby. She still continued to tell me how I call multiple cab services I explained that a friend not a taxi had dropped me home. She continued to fuss. But u can plainly see in the comments that this taxi cab service takes ages to come has terrible customer service. Please dont waste your time and effort trying to get a cab they will make you late every time. I'm very disturbed with the way I was spoken to and the fact that I felt the need to explain my self to someone whose job is to help me get where I need to go.
